Bagless Vacuum

The German made Bosch vacuum cleaner is known for its quiet operation and good quality construction. While many of the Bosch canister style vacuums use bags, the company is now producing several uprights and canisters that are bagless vacuum cleaners.

One of these uprights is the BUC11700UC Cyclone Jet Upright Bagless Vacuum. This vacuum cleaner has separate motors to operate the vacuum and the roller brush. The belts are made to last the lifetime of the vacuum cleaner, so there is less routine maintenance. It has a 24 foot cord with an electronic rewind mechanism. An added plus is that the Cyclone Jet only weighs about seventeen and a half pounds.

The Bosch Cyclone Jet has HEPA filtration as well as a roomy two-quart dust container. The tools are stored on-board, and include a 9-foot stretch hose as well as the standard attachments. It has a brush roll feature that makes it easy to push on any sort of carpet. If you buy this Bosch vacuum cleaner and have trouble pushing it, it could be because this feature is not turned on. Read your owners manual carefully if you have problems.

An important plus mentioned in reviews of the Cyclone Jet is that it picks up the dirt on the sides of the brush roller, which many vacuums claim they will pick up, but then don't. Another helpful feature is a soft material attached to the front of the foot which acts as a bumper to protect your furniture as you vacuum.

On the negative side, some buyers were disappointed with the size of the wheels. They are very small for the overall size of the vacuum.

It replaces a previous model, which was designated by the number BX32500GB. The Power Hygiene vacuum has a 2500 watt motor for power, and a conveniently sized 2.5 liter dust container. It has a tool called the "autofloor" tool which adjusts automatically when you move from one type of flooring to another. The BX32430 Power Hygiene can be used on both carpets and hard floors.

This vacuum cleaner has three wheels for maneuvering it around. It uses a double stream technology which helps the vacuum pick up the smallest particles of dust. It also features HEPA filtration. Like the Cyclone Jet Upright, it features lifetime belts and washable filters that can be reused.

Another bagless vacuum from Bosch is the Pets Bagless Cylinder Vacuum, which is designated by the model number, BX32100GB. This vacuum is designed for pet owners, with HEPA filtration to cut down on allergens like pet dander. It also includes tools designed for cleaning pet hair from carpets and upholstery.

The Pets Bagless Cylinder Vacuum comes with two floor heads. One is for removing pet hair from carpet, while the other is a dual purpose floor tool. The tools store on-board. The hose stretches and the tubes telescope for extra length.
